We’re seeing Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Models pop up in all sorts of tools, with grandiose claims made about never wasting another minute of your life doing... anything really!
The reality is the generation of tools is well suited to some tasks and not so much to others.
I will cover:
Demystifying AI Models - How models work (hint they don’t think or reason)
Tool Evaluation Questions - Some simple questions to ask when looking at a tool. Does it improve collaboration? Will we catch its mistakes? ...

Biography
Mark is an Agile Coach, Consultant, Editor, and InfoQ with over 20 years of industry experience.
He is a Scrum Master, Practioner and Trainer. At Databeacon, Cognos and IBM he introduced Agile practices and training.

He has also;
• Introduced Scrum to Cognos in 2006
• Introduced Agile Engineering Practices to Databeacon (Unit Testing, Continuous Integration, Refactoring)
• Ran tutorials on Unit Testing and Test Driven Development at both Databeacon and Cognos
• Wrote and Presented “Scrum in a Nutshell” an hour long presentation that outlines Scrum.
• Applied Technical experience shipping many applications in C/C++/Java and .NET​
His recent interests include the application of Agile outside development - including Operations, Support, Sales and Marketing.
